20.01.2022 When did you decide it was ok to settle for being unhealthy? I ask you this not to make you feel bad but to get you to think. If you're anything like the people we work with - you didn't consciously make that decision one day but unconsciously every day in the decisions you make, every week with the excuses you make and every month by procrastinating on the changes you know you need to make. ... After a while you get somewhat comfortable being the way you are, you adapt to the new normal. You're safe and comfortable where you are - change can seem scary and hard. Until one day when it becomes really uncomfortable - you see yourself in the mirror, you're embarassed to go to the beach or someone doesn't recognise you. This is why I ask you these questions - in the hope that one of them will prompt you to get uncomfortable before something else happens. Why would I want you to be uncomfortable? Because being uncomfortable right now is the only way you'll change right now. You must go from change being a nice thing to do to CHANGE BEING A MUST! When it's a must it gets done. So here's a few uncomfortable questions to hopefully build some discomfort. * Who are you letting down by being less than the best version of you? * What will your life look like 10 years from now if you stay on your current path? * At the end of your life will you be proud of the decisions you made today? * Why is it unacceptable to continue on the path you're on? Now if you're sitting there with the realisation that you need to make some changes in your lifestyle - GREAT! The next step is to take immediate ACTION! Of course you can come and see us and we'll help but most importantly - do something today! Do some squats, go for a walk, throw out the junk food. JUST DO SOMETHING! Get the ball moving. You deserve to be healthy, you deserve to happy and you are worth the energy, work and investment to make it happen

14.01.2022 Doesn't everyone know the basic information as to what they need to do to be fit and healthy? In this day and age you actually have to work hard to avoid it! So why do so many people struggle with it? ... Well, in my opinion after working with thousands of people over the last decade it's because they focus on the wrong things. If you were trying to fill a bath focussing on turning the tap on but failed to see that the plug wasn't in - it's going to be hard work! If we simply put the plug in - suddenly filling the bath is much easier. So to is achieving our health and fitness goals - when we focus on the right things it becomes much easier If we focus on exercise and food without changing anything else - it's always going to be hard work. We need to change the things that are going to make exercising and eating well easier to do. Getting fit and changing your life doesn't need to be hard. With the right plan and in the right environment - it can be simple and easy!

12.01.2022 COVID UPDATE! With the recent changes we'll be working out mostly outside the gym in the car park this week until the restrictions ease (weather permitting). Please bring your mask anyway as there will be some optional exercises inside (using the barbells). ... Also, any members with one of those fold out tents (forgot what they are called) we'd love to borrow it to give the car park some shade for you :) In the case of bad weather we'll do a strength workout inside (so you won't be breathing too heavy). If you choose on those days you could also stay home and do one of our home workouts from the members site. See you tomorrow!

He has turned up to nearly every session and has completely stuck to his meal plan (we will try and forget about that almond milk in your coffee that one time ). But the results speak for themselves. He has lost a total of 14.8kg and 14.5% body fat over the last few months but the mental and physical changes speak for themselves. We are super proud of you jimmy, keep up the good work
