25.01.2022 It's all the little things that can make a big difference. Training with a trainer isn't just about having someone there to scream at you, that's actually not what it's about at all. Having someone to encourage you, push you, help you achieve things you never felt possible, that's great. But what else or why else would you get a coach or train with a coach?... It's to have that person there to watch , help and point out the things you won't pick up in your own training. The little technical things to make it easier, or to improve your technique or most of all keep you safe! That extra set of eye and wealth of knowledge can make such a difference in your results in the long term



25.01.2022 100, 101, 102.... and he keeps going Ok, so maybe we've exaggerated that a little, but we are really really excited to see what our guys can do this weekend at the next PPT Combine. There's been plenty of challenges for everyone this year that has tested their commitment to their training. Now we're well and truly back into it, it's going to be great to help our team realise just how much they still achieved.

24.01.2022 The change is happening, but sometimes you don't see it, you don't know it's there and then BOOM There's a sneaky photo taken, or you catch a glimpse of yourself somewhere and you think "DAMN. Is that really me. I see changes, and ....I like it!" There's so many ways to keep track of your progress and to stay ontop of your motivation. Don't stop cause you think nothings changing, that would be the worse thing you could do!



23.01.2022 Monday is chest day! Does anyone disagree? There's certainly no problem if this is the case, but make sure it's not always chest day every time you hit the weights. You need to ensure go balance between your upper body push and pull and well as take into account you want to be pressing vertically and horizontally as well. And then, don't forget, you've also got legs. 16.01.2022 What a morning at PPT Today! We invited the team in to test themselves once again. Sure, there's been a few disruptions to their training this year, but today isn't about chasing a 1RM, or anything quite as extreme as that. Instead this is a chance for everyone to challenge themselves in different ways, to do things they've never thought possible, to give it their best, all while being there to support others so they can bring their best too. Great morning & big efforts put in by all. Can't wait to do our next one!

15.01.2022 Monday hits you're full of #motivation it feels great and you want to tackle the world and right now you honestly believe you can do it Then somewhere between Monday and Friday, the wheels fall off, it gets a little harder, your motivation is rock bottom and come Sunday you're having that same discussion with yourself "this week will be different" or "clean slate, Tomorrow I mean it, we start again tomorrow" Maybe you don't need to start again. 02.01.2022 So you want to join the gym, but what happens next? The next step is the important one and might make all the difference in your how you feel about yourself, your confidence, your overall health, wellness and even happiness You see, many people join a gym initially thinking ...... "I just want to lose some weight" so they head out and sign up without giving it much thought, "cheapest option, done." But what they don't realise at that point is that they didn't take this step to just lose weight, even if they believe that. They are taking this step so that they can STOP being miserable feeling like they are stuck in a rut searching for quick fixes that don't work and instead START to feel Happy Confident THEMSELVES again No more feeling desperate and at their wits end, with the right decision this same person will soon have tools, knowledge and info to get what they want. So don't just look for a gym, they've all got weights equipment and the standard stuff you expect. Work out first, what it is that YOU need to reach your goals? If you need to be somewhere that will keep you motivated, offer support and guidance, provide accountability, offer knowledge and education all within a community where you feel safe, confident, and that you belong..... then find that place (cough cough - PPT can help). Not all gyms are the same, so fin the right one for you .
