19.01.2022 For the past month and a half I have been working on this property and cannot believe that these photos are taken from the same angle. So much work went into this; - Excavation of building and concrete slab, soil, rock and lilydale toppings (35 cubic metres all up) - Removal and capping of cold water, hot water and gas lines - removal of blackberry and a huge amount of weeds and plants - New soil and planting of over 50 plants and mulching... - fully automated irrigation system including 100 metres of drip line and about 25 metres of sprayers. - 100 sqm of new lawn - excavation of concrete path and replacement with rustic brick path It was definitely worth it and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Still a little more to go, planting over 100 climbing fig and Boston ivy creepers, and looking forward to it!
