Amazing results in such a short time. A fantastic group from all over Australia to learn with and practice on. I feel great thanks everyone!

17.01.2022 I am pleased to finally get case studies sent away to Alistair McLoughlin so I can put this certificate up on the wall. This amazingly simple and non invasive technique has added a new dimension to the work I do. It is not the line on the skin that is the issue, rather the damage done to fascia under the surface. This inner scarring can become a problem over time as the body adjusts and compensates for a lack of movement in the area, and when the fascia dries out and becomes stiff as we age. Next time you see me, I will be asking about any scars you have, however insignificant you may think they are..Be prepared!

Fascinating Fascia Ongoing research continues to discover how awesome it is, and how important it is to remain hydrated and active to look after your fascia. Watch and be amazed!

16.01.2022 A brief message to remind you to be kind to yourself this Christmas holiday season..but not with Bowen Therapy for a week or so! I take this opportunity to thank all those who have come to see me in the previous 12 months...many of whom I now regard as friends. It is a privilege to be able to help so many people with a combination of all I have learned (and continue to learn) through 40+ years of Physiotherapy and 20 years of Bowen Therapy....with more to come in 2019! Thank you once again and remember, be kind to yourself

15.01.2022 A month down the track, and with Australia doing an awesome job, I will be resuming practice over the next few weeks I have a number of folks on a waiting list who will be contacted in a day or two and will then open up the on-line bookings for Cowra from 11th May..stay tuned!

14.01.2022 NSW Health is now on Amber alert. While I will continue to screen for Covid-19 (Temps, questions, sanitizer..), masks are now mandatory in government health facilities. I am inviting my clients to exercise their own discretion and bring a mask. I will have some on standby if needed. What crazy times we live in.. Take care of yourselves and each other..

13.01.2022 For those folk waiting to make an appointment to see me, I apologize and thank you for your patience. However, I have been busy! While Covid 19 has been stressful, and indeed devastating to many, it has given others time to rest, recover and reflect. Shortly I will be relocating to a new treatment room to allow Robyn the space to implement changes at The Perfect Health Centre and pursue her passion. 09.01.2022 OK, Im stealing this from Brett Causer, Motion as Medicine- Exercise Physiology, Health and Performance. Brett and Libby are doing a great job in Grenfell and surrounding districts, helping people of all ages improve their health and fitness and achieve goals. These statistics show that there are many people walking around with signs on X-Rays and scans without necessarily having any symptoms. Pain does not always equal tissue damage so dont go looking for it! Balancing the body with Bowen Therapy, which can track down the origin of pain, and doing appropriate exercise under the guidance of someone like Brett or Libby can see you enjoying life as it should be in no time...
