25.01.2022 Fun fact about cosmetic tattooing.... Your healed tattoo result is limited to the original canvas that presents. If you have perfect skin then theres no reason why your tattoo cant be 100% perfect. However lets get a little real here, social media only really promotes perfection, so as an artist its so frustrating if your client is hyper focused on young filtered images. Dont get me wrong, I can say I have the skills and know how but thats the tip of the ice berg to wha...ts the real deal ! When considering cosmetic tattooing talk to your professional and clearly communicate your level of expectation and commitment youll promise to follow with aftercare. 90% of the time youll find that its feasible to have your cosmetic tattoo performed but dont be dissatisfied if the result is around 80% perfect. As we age our cells and immune system can deteriorate and so can our capacity to heal 100%. Thats life and as a tattooist I can say I am honest with my clients straight up ! I didnt write this article because anything is wrong, I just wanted to plant a seed of realism in a fairy over filtered industry. 21.01.2022 Lip Tattooing journey on vascular lips. Not everyone will swell or bruise like this but it’s good to show all aspects not just perfect pictures ! For about 20% of ladies this is how it will look straight after. 80% of the time it looks perfect straight away. On occasions that swelling and bruising occurs this is how it looks in the journey. The scary middle picture is only for 3 days and then it heals up to the far right image within a week. After a week it just continues to... look softer and blushed. I wanted to share this image to show that yes sometimes swelling and bruising do occur but it’s normal for some skins that have more of an English heritage and are more vascular. However with the correct after care of continuous Bepathen it looks fabulous within a week Hope you enjoyed this real post uncensored ! This is an extreme case so I wanted to share this to show this can happen but it’s nothing to worry about.

09.01.2022 Two ladies both with healed brows, same colour ! Different skin types and vascularity can change the pigment colour when it is healing. Also depending on density of shading requested this also can change the effect. This picture shows how 2 people can heal completely differently with the same colour applied. Genetics, medication and the age of the canvas can also change the variables in tattooing. Lets say my job is never boring !!!

Upon attending my premises you will need to fill out the existing legislative paperwork and hand wash for a minimum of 1 minute. There will be no short cuts, I will provide you a safe salon space and in return all clients are required to be completely honest about their health. What does thi...s mean ? No self diagnosis of the following: No sniffles No colds No sinus No respiratory illnesses or viruses symptoms No attending if you have visited hot spots. Please check qld health on the day of your app to check if you have been in a listed hot spot premises. This is accessible via Facebook or www.health.qld.gov.au No attending if you or anyone close to you is currently under Covid testing and awaiting results. No change of weather sniffles No attending if you are in the middle or at the end of getting over a virus or bacterial infection and self declare or diagnose yourself not to be contagious.
