19.01.2022 Saturday I felt that I needed to do some legs I completed an e2mom of 8 sets of six back squat increasing weight as I progressed. Followed by 27/21/15/9 ohs and 200 m run... Today was a rest day



19.01.2022 O.K. Time for reevaluation of goals. A couple of weeks late but here we go! Goal 1 aimed for 80 got 85 for 5... 2. Hspu yes got them back! 3. Run 3 times per week - failing miserably on this one 4 Eating more regularly and losing body fat Now this wasn't a short term goal but a goal all the same and one I am proud to achieve - 4 months and one week post baby and I got my muscle ups back, only one but they will be a working progress! A little bit of dedication and determination and we can achieve!

08.01.2022 I thought today I would run out of time and was starting to come to terms with today being a forced rest day. I had checked the CrossFit desire wod and it seemed too big to do late at night but instead of giving in I just modified the wod and made it shorter Completing 5 box jumps at the top of every minute, whilst completing 21/15/9... 05.01.2022 I did not have as much time today as yesterday, we had more social events planned. On days like this I find it easier to do a couple of small workouts in the time I do have. So this morning I did 4 rounds of 10 kB swings 10 push ups... 10 sit ups 20 double unders And then later today I managed 5 rounds of 20 ghd sit ups and a 200m run. Both fast and manageable considering my other commitments



02.01.2022 January 2019. Time for new goals, improvement and motivation. Living in Dayboro and not being able to attend my training space of choice I have to keep myself on track, stay motivated and mix up my training to keep me entertained.... I have had a wonderful festive season but now it’s time to find my routine again and get back on track. Kicking off the week with CrossFit Yesterday completing strict press and a for time workout of 27/21/15/9 dumbbell clean and jerks and a 400m run This was tough as my fitness has decreased and I am suitably sore today! Today I have managed deadlifts 7x5 and lunges 7x6 (3 per side) With a finisher of 200 double unders in 3 minutes.
