25.01.2022 To my stoic clients, as you will have heard by now we will be in a statewide lockdown for the next 5 days. Therefore all sessions will be cancelled until lockdown lifts or further notice. It is very frustrating I know but if we all do our bit hopefully we can stop this hyper infectious strain in its tracks. Stay safe and fingers crossed we can resume sessions from Thursday.

02.01.2022 Arms and Ab session today using resistance bands and small weights. The longer the muscles are exposed to tension the more intense the workout becomes, so you actually work harder by keeping movements slow. Birthday girl smashed it! #resistancebands #isotraining #ptinthepark
02.01.2022 Jelly arms and legs this morning after finally hitting the gym for the first time in almost 12 months. It just happens to be my 100th visit since joining and so glad to be back. I've missed the familiar faces and the happy endorphins. Fingers crossed for no more lockdowns ahead
