22.01.2022 Graeme Brady August 17 at 12:08pm Had our tiled roof at a previous house restored by these guys . So when we needed the gutters replaced at our new house we called them up to do the job. Unfortunately The guys showed up late or not at all. We had to call the office to find out where they were. Some of the work was performed by apprentices who were not supervised adequately and did a poor job. The project was completed well over a week ago and we have not received the warranties we were promised. We can no longer honestly recommend Perfect Glaze Roof Restoration.

20.01.2022 Dawn Lee Brady Yesterday at 9:26pm Have you ever heard of a business with-holding workmanship warranty until the customer is 100% happy which means waiting until "fix up"s are completed? Apparently this is what Perfect Glaze Metal Roofing does. And when you question Charmaine about this, she gets angy and tells the customer to "fuck off". Interesting idea of customer service.

13.01.2022 Graeme Brady Apparently telling a customer to "F**k off" is assertiveness acccording to Charmaine at Perfect Glaze Metal Roofing. Personally I believe that expression is very aggressive and offensive and not appropriate for use with any customer.
