24.01.2022 Taking advantage of the swiftly receding financial year... I finally grabbed a pair of those antique 1950s eyeglass frames I have been hoarding and took them in to get proper lenses! Look at my 'new' Antique lashing glasses!!!

13.01.2022 The most commonly asked question is..."How long will my Lash Extensions last?" The answer involves three things...1. The quality of the lashes, 2. The quality of the glue and 3. YOU. Assuming your Lash Studio uses good quality lashes from either the UK or Korea AND fresh, good quality glues....the only real answer lies with you. Its all about your metabolism, how fast your eyelashes replace themselves and how you treat your extensions. The younger you are, the faster your met...abolism...the likely hood is that your lashes will replace themselves in around 2-2.5 weeks. Older in age, slower metabolism..slower eyelash growth..means your extensions are in place longer. If you are too rough with a lash brush, rub them...sleep with your head burried in your pillow...your extensions will drop off. Remember, they are only held in place with a drop of glue the size of the tip of a needle. If you have issues like gaps in your lash line and your lash artist has filled it with a cluster style lash set...you will need to be even more gentle. The reason lash extensions look amazing, feel light as air and garner everyone's admiration...is because they ARE fragile. And they ARE special. The whole idea is pretty amazing if you think about it...and that's what successful lash enthusiasts do. They make looking after those lashes a priority. Stay tuned for tips on how to keep your lashes longer! See more

05.01.2022 Absolutely everyone is having issues with their ducted heating and their lashes. Eyes are feeling heavy and dry...? Relax! Happens every year...all during winter. Chances are if you use an electric blanket, you also use more lotion in the winter. After a few weeks of ducted heating...you are probably conditioning your hair more often. This is the same sort of thing. WHAT can we do to make it through the winter with the lashes we love?? Meet your new best friend...saline! Saline drops in the morning will do the trick. Buy natural, with no preservatives! There are heaps on the market...ask your chemist! I like this one. Individual little caplets you can throw into your handbag, the glove box..desk drawer at work. Easy!
