With this upgrade, there are a couple of minor changes that you may have seen including adding your card to your online profile to secure your appointment. Adding your card does not mean you will be charged instantly, it's simply a way for us to keep track of our appointments, safe guard the business... and clients. All data is encrypted end to end following standard PCI compliance following the same rules as Amazon, AirBnB etc This completely secure, safe and by enabling this feature reduces the risk of no shows. This protects us as a small business to loss of income while protecting our amazing clients from an unnecessary price rise. We hope you understand why we have had to introduce these measures and would like to take the opportunity for all the ongoing support we would be nothing without you all.
