HOW TO SCHEDULE A PICK-UP Since we are working remotely, we would request you to call or email us in case you have to pick up an album or any other item. We will promptly get back to you and arrange for a time and date as per your convenience. HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING If you are planning a wedding or were already in talks with us to make a booking, please feel free to contact us. We are using video chats like Zoom, or Skype to stay connected and take things forward. We believe this technology is the new normal and are available on these platforms for consultation. Since a lot of weddings are being postponed, we would suggest you to try and make an early decision to ensure you have booking slots open for your required date. If you have some quick questions, then you could always use the messenger to chat with us! HOW TO RESCHEDULE We are so sorry if your wedding has been affected due to the pandemic, and will do our best to offer you a solution for rescheduling the booking dates. We would suggest you to not cancel your existing booking, instead call or email us so we can together finalise a later date. Do let us know if it is possible for you to accept a weekday since weekend slots will be limited and available on first come first serve basis. And for our new clients, we are offering a 10-20% discount and 1-3 free albums depending on the different packages and customizations you choose.
