24.01.2022 A beautiful but complex tiling job completed today in Dulwich Hill. This is the third job I have done for Margery in the past 12 months and it's always a pleasure. She has great taste. Cooridinated so work was completed over a five day period when she was away from the home. 24.01.2022 So the sub floor is down at my latest Marrickville bathroom project. Can you see the little quirk in the far corner? Sunken shower recess.... cool yeh? Hard to visualise at the moment but keep following to see the results. Second pic is of the monumental trench for the new plumbing to the bathroom which is going into Bedroom 3 of the long Marrickville semi. Being Marrickville, the concrete was over 200mm thick in places and then it was all clay from there. I'm glad I w...as the PM on this job and not the builder/plumber. 09.01.2022 Perfect Plan finished a home office project today - from an empty room to now a three workstation home office. Each body (one Adult and 2 kids) with their own upper and lower storage, plenty of power for each spot, under cabinet lighting all customised to fit the space and the family. To create a more homely feel the wall space between the desk and the upper cupboards and shelves has been painted. 09.01.2022 I told you this was going to be an interesting bathroom!! Here is the tiler lying in the sunken shower applying grout. There are three tiles here - floor tile, feature shower wall and floor tile and the two long walls in a third tile type. Opposite the shower wall will be a VJ wall. Lot's happening in here but close to done. The tiler has put in a solid 10 days of work ensuring all grout lines line up across the different walls and levels.
