17.01.2022 Happy Mothers Day to all the incredible mums out there. This is my mum, Pam, having a cup of tea on a very pregnant belly, the night before I was born. If youve ordered tea from us its likely to have been carefully and thoughtfully packed by Pam. If youve received a personalised thank you card, written in the most elegant handwriting, it was done by Pam. She loves a spreadsheet and the fact shes inherited a tea business in her retirement. Every time she goes to our war...ehouse, that night, she emails through a lengthy operations report, as if she were working for a large multi-national business and when she signs off her email, she gives herself a different job title.
