20.01.2022 Ube Yema Cake is created using purple yam to create that purple colour of the cake at the same time making the sponge cake moist. The cake is filled and covered with Yema, a Filipino custard. Finished off with cheese topping. $35/cake

19.01.2022 Mini Silvanas are cashew-meringue cookie sandwiches filled and covered with french buttercream and dusted with cashew nuts and biscuit crumbs. It is best eaten frozen to give it a bit of crunch and cool in every bite.
