25.01.2022 Current member Luke Gollop @lukegollop has one of the best attendance recoded in the gym and the 5pm Session is not the same without him! I was looking for a local, and easily accessible gym, with the goal of getting as fit as possible. No pushy sales techniques. None needed as the gym speaks for itself: Well equipped and maintained. Can sign up and browse services remotely. No pressure. Consistent trainers who always show up with the same energy. Trainers are invested in t...he success of the gym and it shows. The sessions are Challenging, but have never regretted turning up at the end! The Coaches know when too push you further than you thought you could go. PDH has a solid community of members who help hold you accountable and being there has massively improved mental health and clarity of thought. Clearly a lot of time is invested in the programming of workouts. It's shows in the results: Increased endurance, strength and mobility. Getting PB’s in all the lifts and benchmark, and clothes are starting to fit better. PDH has a great mix of people but same mindset to get better. #gym #fitness #health #strength #community
