Here is my breaky pancake of champions (bulking version) a lil hard to flip at that size... -3/4cup oats -3 egg whites -1 egg -1 tsp coconut sugar -1 tbsp raw cacao powder -sprinkle of cinnamon Whisk all that up, cook with coconut oil until sides start to get a lil crunchy. 05.01.2022 LETS ALL STAY FIT & WELL TOGETHER!! HI All, as we are all preparing for the unknown together and as we are coming closer to a full lock down, some people may struggle with the isolation. It will be important to keep yourself fit and well not only physically, but also mentally! ... Many of us have already experienced some form of hardship due to the still unfolding situation. Everyone's day to day life has been touched by this in one or another and we cannot do many of the things that we usually would. Many of our clients and members have expressed concern about how they will keep their regular healthy habits going, so I have decided to live stream my own workouts from home and you are all welcome to join me for free! I'm aware that not everyone will have any equipment available to use, so I'm creating a timetable with two types of sessions- one equipment based (barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells) the other just body weight. the sessions will be streamed via Zoom and each session is between 30-45 minutes long. Please keep a lookout on our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn for the timetable later today! I will also be posting reminders over the weekend! Everyone of us will of course be at different fitness and ability levels, simply do what every you can to the best of your ability!
