01.02.2022 This is why I love doing what I do. No need to say much on my end as it's not my journey but my client @meljobe_ journey. All I can say is she got this far doing the hard yards, no short cuts but pure drive and determination. Nothing got in her way. Hats off to you Mel. You deserve this and bring on 2022! Mel's Fitness Journey... October 2020, I was struggling heavily with both mental and physical stress. Exhausted, weight gain and low self-esteem ruled me. A close friend encouraged me to join in on her PT session and honestly, I have GENUINELY not looked back. I lost weight sure (a casual 35kg!) but I am far prouder of my increased strength, endurance, energy, physique changes and learning how to repair and retraining my body; even when I thought it was too late. I know often people say, you get out what you put in and I agree this is true; but god it helps when you have the right person/persons to guide and teach you!!

28.01.2022 Muesli slice ingredients: 200g dark chocolate 250ml light coconut cream 200g Leda Gf biscuits (IGA)... 300g YummyTM Energy mix (IGA) 300g mixed dried fruit of choice, chopped apricots, pears, raisins, goji berries, goldenberries, currants 1 cup peanuts, chopped Steps: Mix coconut cream and chocolate pieces into bowl and melt in microwave, 1 minute at a time until chocolate is melted. Mix until smooth Smash biscuits into pieces and place in bowl Mix through other ingredients Pour chocolate mix through dry ingredients Press into a baking tray that has been lined with baking paper and refrigerate until set. 84 calories per slice size 6cmx3cm Enjoy! #chocolate #healthysnacks #foodporn #mueslislice

22.01.2022 What a year it has been! I'm sure I wasn't the only one to say this, but there have been ups and downs, mostly ups (Will tell you why later). I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to all the peeps that have been doing online classes with me since April. One heck of a journey, not just for me but a big one for guys. You helped me through the hard times and ramped it up through the good times. Getting to know you guys personally and letting me into your homes (virtually) and help ...you get to your fitness goals. I would like to thank you individually for your support @jordyjords5, @harmony_ferreira, @bronny_b_good, @kristin_atwell, @pattyjohanita, @bridgetengela74, @lettiedymond, @ha_rriet1564, @subvenus11, @gemini_ainne27, @stephrandall78, @david_farrell83, @carinaanne, @mauritian_wanderer, @jon_buenaseda.19, @tracywilks, @cassandra.goodwin.09 No word of a lie! if I didn't have you guys through COVID, I would have made a heartbreaking decision of leaving the field I am most passionate about. I really am grateful! Getting back to the ups! I must say that this year is one of my best years I have had (Apart from Marrying my better half @jaymiewoodleyphotography...I got to spend most of it with my wife and my son Oliver. I have seen him do things that I would missed if I was at work. He crawled for the first time, stood up for the first time, WALKED for the first time! All in front of my eyes, whilst we were in lockdown. 2020 will be the year I will cherish forever. Think of your positive moments and make the most of it, otherwise you will regret what you missed out on. I know I can confidently say that I had a lot of positves this year!
