25.01.2022 With the current travel and school restrictions my schedule for April is to be changed The good news is if you live in Perth I will be around more to work. I will be making a decision on the trip to Melbourne tomorrow and there are appts available April 2nd due to cancelled school event

25.01.2022 For those waiting on herbs Delivery was scheduled for yesterday now there is no schedule. Left Sydney 15 days ago. I am shipping more product from Europe this week It will take 2 days to reach the East Coast and at least3 to 4 weeks from there to WA. Unfortunately closed borders dont stop just people. I will keep everyone informed as best I can

24.01.2022 All issues with multiple time zones are now resolved I only have 1 appt left before April 29th I had planned some time off to go to a conference and holiday with my children. The ever changing travel landscape will have a huge impact on my business as it is truly a global one .There are few weeks I dont fly. I will keep everyone abreast as things change I will start on a May schedule but it is likely to be subject to change .

20.01.2022 The regional lockdown has resulted in flights to Geraldton reducing from 14 to 3 per week and no way for me to get there I will keep people abreast of the situation as these flights are the way professionals service the regions . I quess every area of the state now really is its own island .

11.01.2022 Please check your time zone when you make your booking Google is an international calender and Australia has more than 1 time zone. Have just had 2 clients miss their appt today because they booked in the wrong time zone and am fully booked for the next 6 weeks at this location .

09.01.2022 The advent of online booking has greatly improved the efficiency of my business It has also lead to a lot of requests for barn calls At present my practice is operating at capacity without me leaving the state. Anyone that is a client can see how long and exhausting the days I work are .I simply dont have the appts to take on more driving clients I also like most Mums need to collect children from school and sports. I have recently had some rude and short emails from clien...ts when explaining this . . I feel I have a very happy practice with clients all on the same page We are just trying to make the ponies better.I am very close to having to close my client list for a period if wait times get longer to make sure I can see the established clients in the correct time frames. 06.01.2022 Something that has popped up over the last 2 weeks Before you make your appt you have to check the time zone Sometimes it will have a NSW Vic time zone You have to change to WA time zone My phone will often be in US central time and I just change to Australia then WA time Please also check your confirmation It has the time zone on it Make sure it says Western time zone Google is an international calender so it can be used anywhere in the world.
