23.01.2022 *UPDATE* On Friday we announced new procedures that we are following due to CONVID19. We would like to now update you on what we have put in place from this morning.... We are still open for business however our doors will be closed so there is no foot traffic through our offices or workshop. Customers are asked to pay over the phone or direct transfer with a receipt emailed through to us to confirm payment has been made. Customers please drop your keys in the key drop of the LEFT hand side of the door. We then have obtained a codelock for our mail box which you will be giving the code once you have confirmed the time you will be collecting your vehicle. Both the key drop and pick up box will be disinfected after each pick up. If any of our customers have any questions please feel free to contact either the office on 08 9021 7313 or Vicky (who is working from home) on 0411 885 186. We thank all of our customers for your patience and continued support and appreciate you understanding these new measures to protect our staff and their families and of course our customers. 02.01.2022 To all of our customers, Our thoughts are with all of those people infected and we would like to update you all on our new procedures that have been put in place to ensure prevention is at the forefront of our business. We would like to ask that any customers whom may have travelled overseas in the last 14 days or have travelled domestically (including Perth) and have any symptoms of the virus please contact us to reschedule your booking.... All of our staff have confirmed they will not be travelling overseas or domestically in the foreseeable future. We have the best interest at heart for our staff and customer base and we appreciate you all following our guidelines. In addition to this, we have been and will continue to do so, for the foreseeable will be disinfecting vehicles and keys upon arrival. Our office door, handles and eftpos machine is also being disinfected on a very regular basis. In regards to cash, if you will be paying by cash, staff have been asked to use gloves to handle this but if you are able to pay over eftpos or direct transfer that would be preferred.
