22.01.2022 Have to share! Some of you know about Aiden's recent business adventure..in his efforts to save and buy a boat. After me nagging him ( and Boysie) to work somet...hing out to store the billions of cans and bottles we have - he came up with this great idea for storage. I thought it was awesome and we put it out there on the weekend to see if people would be willing to pay ...now almost $400 later, lots of order, likes and enquiries... Aiden has his first business with a product of his own design! His business is called Aidens Bottles and Cans Super Strorage....AND - the ABC News want to do a radio interview with him tomorrow! It's on Darwin local ABC at 220pm so tune in. And if you want to make an order...I am sure he can do you a 'mates rate' haha. Meanwhile , I am still waiting for the mine to be finished as they are no longer a priority over 'paying customers' LOL. 20.01.2022 With the boarders reopening and our gym being as busy as ever, we have made the decision that from Friday 17 July 2020 we won’t be accepting new participants for a around a 4 week period. This gives all our current members and casuals the opportunity to continue to train as class sizes are busy and with boarders re-opening we need to keep our gym safe and classes sizes limited. What this means?... - If you are a current member you can continue to train like normal - If you have been a casual member in the past 6 months you can train like normal - If you haven’t trained in the past 6 months we ask for you to wait the time period before returning to the gym OR come before Friday 17 July 2020 - If you have been thinking of training come and train before Friday 17 July 2020 to beat the deadline and be able to train during our wait time We understand this is a strange time and people may not be sure why we would do this but our gym is a safe and fun place for so many people and if by limiting participant numbers for a few weeks can help keep everyone safe and healthy we are happy to do our bit so we can be back bigger then ever. We are very excited to be opening our doors once again but this comes with some new rules to ensure everyone keeps healthy and safe and the gym can be open for all. Our classes will be modified to meet current Covid 19 safety standards and we need everyones help with this.... We ask if you have questions about the gym or joining up please call, text or FB message us to avoid having high numbers of people attending in person that aren't training. Please read our rules in the attached flyer and please follow all direction signs and advice when attending the gym.

18.01.2022 Opinions from real trainers or fighters only. Isn’t it the job of a good trainer to try and get there fighter to push through, even when they want to give up? Get them off the stool for just one more round ? ... I think he did nothing wrong. He asked all the right questions. Can you give me one more minute? Can you go on ? Come on you can do it ? But when the answers came in as a no, then the fight was stopped. Horn seemed to be struggling from the first knock down in the third round. Should the corner have called the fight off then? If they did they would cop it for calling it too early. I am ready for the back lash because of my comments. Let’s go.
