The most important factors for recovery are SLEEP HYDRATION NUTRITION Your recovery also can include Ice baths; Hot/cold showers Compression garments Hot cold showers Not all inflammation is bad! The body's natural inflammation post exercise is helping us recover and develop our systems. FUN FACT Water is the best for hydration unless you are doing endurance training Chocolate milk has been shown to be more effective that sports drinks If you are not an endurance athlete a sports drink may just be an expensive wee!
