09.01.2022 Workout Wednesday Here's some great moves to target the shoulders. This is my favourite part of the body to train. Start out light to get used to the moves and then gradually up the weight as much as you can whilst still keeping good form.

09.01.2022 Supplement Saturday I started taking Super Greens about 4 months ago now because I found myself getting run down and sick a lot. Without having done much research on Super Greens I'd written it off as a bit of a gimmick but thought I'd try it out anyway just to see what I thought. I take it every day in my morning smoothie and can not rave enough about it. I haven't gotten sick once whilst using it. It's not cheap but in my opinion it's definitely worth it and you can buy it in a small pack first to test it out and see what you think. Mix it up with some raspberries, protein powder and milk or water for a yummy healthy smoothie.

04.01.2022 I was part way through my workout this evening when I looked at myself in the mirror and felt somewhat disheartened. I've been much leaner than what I am now and I've been fitter than what I am now although not necessarily at the same time. I felt like at some point I'd lost what I once had and found that incredibly disheartening. And it got me thinking about motivation and excuses. I could give up. I could complain about where I am right now. But instead I'm going to use tha...t as motivation to work harder. Push harder. Do more. Get back my fitness and then some. Every negative thought, every piece of self doubt, can be turned around to be a motivator for you. Feel like others are getting results and you aren't? Push harder. Feeling tired or lethargic? Get into your gym clothes, get started on your workout and feel the post workout happiness and energy boost! Jealous of someone reaching their goals? Use them as motivation. If they can do it so can you. See more
