17.01.2022 Lovely early start this morning. I’ve had some requests from my lovely clients, for a stretching class for Teenagers - so I’ve just recorded one. Focussing on the major muscle groups and only running for 25mins it will hopefully be a useful set of exercises for your growing kids!...
