25.01.2022 For Winter 2015 Perisher Medical Centre (located in the ski tube terminal) will be open 7 days from 9am-5pm. No appointments necessary. On-call Dr for out of hours emergencies may be contactable on 0497 158 527. (After-hours fees apply to after hours consultations).

Perisher is an on-snow clinic at Perisher Ski Resort which provides a trauma/GP/sports medicine service to around 40-60 patients per day. We also have clinics at Thredbo (Ski Resort) and Jindabyne (local town). Background in GP/ED preferred, with on the job training available. Applicant MUST be eligible for and obtain Australian Registration (with AHPRA) and a Provider Number for each location (with Medicare). The great news is that we have all our staff for the season returning from last season except one radiographer (sorry to see you go James, but all the best with your further studies). Perisher Valley Medical Centre is now open for Winter 2017! 7 days but limited hours until June long weekend, then 9am-5pm 7 days and 'on-call' out of hours. We are located in the Skitube Building and are happy to see all acute injuries, illnesses and general medical needs. We have xray, physio, and a love for all things snow! 03.01.2022 Today on 'closing day' our patient Jakob Kennedy walked out of the Medical Centre after seeing us to find his Endeavour Snowboard STOLEN!!! What a sad way to end what has been a great snow season - and to the person who opportunistically took Jakobs snowboard, "shame on you and I hope karma finds you!"
