04.01.2022 WELCOME TO THE EVOLUTION OF BUSINESS! Business models, trends and approaches have come, gone and evolved. With external shifts, the mindset of the leaders and employees within an organisation must adapt and evolve.... However, the majority of change initiatives have focused with the external business environments allowing for fixed measurement rather than investing in the internal individual environment, the mindset, which is what initiates decisions, behaviors and results. As coaches, consultants and leaders, we are at the forefront to be the catalyst to guide organisations to implement and integrate what will bring sustainable success for the organisation while honoring the broader impact considerations including employees stakeholders, ecology and finances. PERK-K is an internal or 'soft technology' that provides the individual with the capacity to align with both their personal and professional goals and aspirations to influence the cultural and organisations consciousness. The applications of the PERK-K processes can be implemented by a PERK-K Catalyst based on what that individual's expertise is as well as an organisations areas of resistance or areas identified for transformation in order to ensure sustainable success. The current business evolution is to be a 'force for good' and that begins with the leaders and individuals within the organisation. Business evolution is not a nice to have.....it is a critical requirement to go beyond survival and establish a thriving economy and ecology as the new definition of success.
