07.01.2022 Deciding wether to renovate or detonate has taken me on a very interesting/frustrating/circular journey....this little house meets our needs space wise but desperately needs to be open to the view and have wind/bug control for outdoor living (and of course storage, storage, storage,, or should I be saying declutter, declutter.).....it is fugly... but I think I would rather pour the money into the land than make the house pretty......We are presently looking at qetting a quote for all the changes Luckily we have Anika Kalotay Architect extraordinaire working on it
