25.01.2022 This week I set up 5 amazing little picnics each day at my preschool for our graduating preschool children It was so special to see their faces light up with excitement and joy as they came out and seen the beautiful picnics. The children graduating this year I have looked after since they were babies so it’s a bittersweet moment to see them graduate and leave to pursue their dreams at Big School but I’m so glad I could send them off with something from the heart.

Whether it be happy, thankful, grateful, excited, emotional etc.... My favourite part of the picnics is seeing peoples reactions. Whether it be up close or from afar its so special to me. Ive even shed some tears watching it. It brings me so much joy and happiness seeing other people happy. And you know what...thats what life is about. 06.01.2022 Feeling the love with this article from the @illawarramerc. Thank you Greg Ellis for interviewing me! What do you do when you have a dream and a global pandemic hits? You proceed and market it as a great way for family and friends to meet in a COVID-safe setting.... That's what Rachel, did when she launched Perrie and Peach Styling Company three months ago. Ms Rogan had always had a passion for weddings and interior design and decided to make the most of her creative flair by starting an event styling business that does picnics. "COVID is what got me into it. I always wanted to do styling but lacked a bit of confidence. Then I just decided now was as good a time as any to make a start. It has all come really naturally to me," she said. "I have always loved catching up with girlfriends and having grazing platters with some yummy treats down near the beach or local park. That has always definitely been one of my favourite things to do." Perrie and Peach sets up luxury picnics for clients throughout the region. Ms Rogan caters for every need with rugs, tables, textured cushions, crystal glassware, rose gold cutlery, fresh, dried and preserved floral arrangements and platters. "All they have to do is let me know when and where. When they arrive it is all set up for them. They come and just enjoy themselves. At the end I come along and pack it all up. All they have to do is walk away." Ms Rogan is organising a PINK Picnic in support of Pink Ribbon to raise funds for the Cancer Council at Linnaeus Farm, Berry on October 24. "I really love that up and coming wedding venue set on beautiful acreage. They said they would love to help and have donated the whole property for that day." Ms Rogan said all proceeds will go directly to Pink Ribbon. "I just wanted to find a way to give back to the community. And because October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month I thought it would be the perfect time," she said. "Also I love the colour pink. And I have had a few family members who have been affected by cancer." Ms Rogan felt other small businesses would be willing to support such a cause and has been blown away by the generous donations of goods, services and products She is having different sitting times to space people out. And expects those who attend will be similar to the mix of people and ages her picnic business generally attracts. Ms Rogan recently did a 60th birthday party organised by daughters for their mum. As well as proposals and anniversaries. "My favourite part is when the people show up to the picnic with big smiles on their faces," she said.

05.01.2022 Just a little Friday reminder I’ve been super lucky with the amount of support I have received from women in this business and beyond but I’ve also had the opposite reaction of businesses being unsupportive and just not nice at all. I’ve said this many times and I’ve spoken to other businesses about this and we all have the same thoughts...... There’s room for everyone. You can be successful, they can be successful and if we all supported each other’s strengths instead of our weaknesses then maybe we would be able to spend more time focusing on how we can change the world rather than add more fuel to the fire. Be Kind, you never know what kind of battle someone has faced to get to where they are

03.01.2022 Today was a fun day at Glenbernie Orchard where I set up some beautiful styled picnics for photo shoot. If youve never been to this place you are missing out! Its gorgeous and they have a range of deliciousness to devour including ciders, jams, juices, fresh fruit and more! I had the pleasure of working with Waymark Productions again and they of course went above and beyond again to take the most amazing photos! Cant wait to share some more soon x... 03.01.2022 If you were wondering what our beautiful venue for our fundraiser looks like...well here she is Linnaeus Farm, Berry When you find yourself standing on this majestic property, what will seize your attention first and foremost is the scale of magnificence surrounding you and the incredible attention to detail. The silence amongst the park-like landscape is sublime. This property is set on 8.4 acres of lush, fertile, manicured land, none of it too steep and none of it too fl...at, it's the perfect blend of undulating hills with close to 360-degree views as far as the eye can see. You are greeted by an incredible stone entry, tree-lined driveways, a "lake house" built over the large entry feature dam, an idyllic place to retreat to. The final remains of a historical dairy still sit as a feature in the landscape. The landscaping has been meticulously designed with a significant amount on in-ground infrastructure installed and hundreds of trees being planted in recent times while some trees have been there forever including two beautiful fig trees with the majority of landscaping under automated irrigation.
