24.01.2022 Beautiful way to start everyone’s week off with Kye, Kelly and Kristine Carlson in the Golden Pause. Kristine is the New York Times bestselling author (Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff series). We hope you all enjoy this Golden Pause as much as we did!! https://dontsweat.com/

24.01.2022 This week on ‘It’s More than Money Podcast’ Kye and Kelly talk with New York Times Bestselling author and world-renowned speaker, Kristine Carlson. She’s the co-author of ‘Don’t Sweat The Small Stuff’. A slightly different but incredibly valuable path during this episode with Kristine We discuss the concept of STAR - Surrender, Trust, Accept Receive; the idea is that you still have goals, you still pursue what you want but you adopt an allowing approach, life brings what it ...brings and you adapt and evolve Life is not linear, it is only our beliefs that determine a linear view on how life should work. Even on a daily basis, we have an intention and then set an expectation that it all should be exactly as planned and react negatively when it doesn’t, trying to maintain some sense of control Kelly shares a very personal moment unexpectedly that Kristine helps listeners understand the purpose of, how we can view a moment like that should we ever have it in our lives and how it benefits us The Golden Pause teaches us the benefit of becoming present, how it can change your state of mind, how you feel and essentially calm you to be clearer and more joyful. Connecting, being connected with ourselves and the importance of having insight to help us feel more content and satisfied. Some truly valuable, practical tools to use every day from our chat with Kristine Listen to this podcast now on your favourite podcast app below! 22.01.2022 See how you could benefit your body, while upping the change in your back pocket at the same time. For many of us, the new year often begins with good intentions and a handful of new year resolutions, which may or may not begin right on 1 January. You might be working toward the day you return to work, or sometime over the next few weeks. Whatever your start date, if you’re like many Australians, your plans for the year ahead revolve around health and money....Continue reading

13.01.2022 There's been countless posts and just as many conversations bidding good riddance to 2020 but amongst any challenging time, no matter how large or small, there's always something positively useful to take away. See the challenges of 2020 as a means of recognising what you are capable of. Perhaps you found resilience you never thought you had, maybe it was support for someone you never expected or you had to take an unexpected u-turn that uncovered how resourceful and adaptive you can be There's dozens of quotes about 'turning lemons into lemonade' and we often become desensitized to how these tips even apply to us but take a few minutes to recognise what you have done well instead of what's not worked so well. It's a mood changer!

13.01.2022 This is why our client meetings have often been referred to as somewhat of a counselling session

13.01.2022 Are you great at what you do but might count yourself as pretty bad with money! Maybe you think you could be doing a lot better or making far better decisions with your money? You're not alone, here’s a few insights on what we see and how you can change it

13.01.2022 Doing your best to get a little better each day is how you change your habits. You won't run an 8 minute mile if you aren't a regular runner. But you can get there. Your health won't improve overnight just because you ate a salad for lunch.... But running a few times a week and eating salads and more vegetables daily will, over time, make a big difference. Same is true with your finances. If you get a raise at your annual review, or if you can find some room in your budget, put that money to work in a retirement or investment account. It won't make you rich overnight, but you will be better off than you were before.

11.01.2022 What would you love to happen in your business around money? One of our favorite things is helping people dream up what they want to see happen financially in their business and their personal space. Kye and the team at PFG help people shine a light on what's possible once they reach a point where their primary money needs are met. For many of us, a thriving business, allows us to make a bigger impact on the world around us. When our businesses are doing well, they can serve ...as vehicles for possible change. And our world definitely needs as much of that as we can create! Take some time over the weekend and let your mind wander about where you want to go in these three areas with your money. What do you want to see in your business and personal life with money, and how would you like it to generate impact with your community? If you don't have a game plan to move forward, are you just standing still?

10.01.2022 Kelly and Kye talk candidly with Jacinda Patty about how she combined her specialised knowledge and a knack for thinking outside the box to create a new business in the space of COVID19. Born in Sydney, Jacinda Patty (Cindy Sweats) is now a multi-talented business woman living in Melbourne who has always lived and breathed a healthy lifestyle. In 2012 she qualified as a Personal Trainer this complemented the knowledge she acquired over 25 years of dancing and performing. Her... desire/goal was to encourage and teach others to be fit and live longer. Career highlights so far have been producing and directing "Boxed In Sideways" for Melbourne Fringe, Producing and performing "Safety Banana" for Adelaide / Sydney and Melbourne Fringe and touring for 3 years as a dinosaur puppeteer with Erth - Visual and Physical INC. Her love of travel has allowed her to gather skills from around the globe and become the performer and personal trainer that she is today. She has skillfully combined these skills together with a pandemic and created CINDY SWEATS, Jacinda's most recent highlight of 2020. Lots of laughs throughout this podcast and it was such a pleasure to have Jacinda on the show. 07.01.2022 One resounding message form this episode is to never give up, there is always a way, and sometimes not the way you think! This week on ‘It’s More Than Money’ Kye and Kelly talk with author, speaker and infertility advocate, Kellie Harriden. Kellie Harriden is an author, speaker and infertility advocate, along with being a mum to gorgeous twins. After struggling with her own infertility for eight years and feeling very alone during this time, Kellie felt the need to share her... story of hope in her first book, Long-Awaited Child. Kellie now feels inspired to help others who may be going through their own struggles. In 2019 she founded the Sunshine Coast Fertility Expo and has recently branched out to an online fertility gift store along with her latest project, Pineapple Boxes, which are fertility gift boxes to help those about to embark on their trying to conceive journey or are currently going through fertility treatments. Kellie will tell you at the time of embarking on her own journey of a lifetime she was an ordinary 31 year old wanting to start a family. She did not know the hurdles she was going to overcome to beat the odds which seemed to be stacked against her, but her determination to not let anything stop her got her to her dream ending of being a mum. Kellie's story is a story of hope, it's a story of resilience, and it's a story of being resourceful and not giving up.
