Led by enthusiastic, qualified instructors, the hour long sessions cost $10 or less and are suitable for all fitness levels. Conveniently located, Perron Place is virtually opposite Victoria Park Train Station. If you’re travelling by car, there’s plenty of free on-site parking. Join an early circuit class, your pre-work workout! You’ll be push...ed hard, but with the sweat they’ll also be plenty of smiles. Circuit classes start at 7:00am. If you want something lower impact that focusses on core strength and postural alignment, then the 9:00am Pilates classes are for you. For your older children, why not let them enjoy teen fitness?
