17.01.2022 In order to drop body fat, you DON'T need to decrease your carb intake to nearly nothing. Doing that will cause a decrease in strength, energy and potentially loss of muscle. What you mainly need to focus on is just keeping your calorie intake at a deficit. By doing that, you will achieve a great amount of fat loss without affecting the ability to gain muscle. Stay strong!
