Strength: 4 reps every 30sec for 6min Bench press. Finisher: 60/60 Rogue/assault bikes for 6min as many cals as possible.... Well done team great effort from all who competed, improvements all round. I do not have any super (will)powers. . So remember this...your will power is rarely stronger than your environment. . This is why I don’t bank on it - I ensure my environment is setting me up for success and minimizes my temptations, hiccups and setbacks. . It’s why I don’t keep cakes and chocolates in my home, unless it’s for a social occasion. . I’m not special!
