22.01.2022 Weve thrown the challenge out! We had a max plank exercise at the end of the strength class tonight and Bronwyn topped it with a plus 5min effort (see the timer). There were some other super efforts in the night too.

21.01.2022 Hello everyone! Just a heads up - we're pleased to say, we have added a new strength class on Friday mornings @ 7am. This will be a full body strength class run by Jake! But unfortunately we have suspended the 9am metcon class on Friday, until further notice. Have a great day! Quentin.

20.01.2022 Strength training is an important and beneficial type of activity that should be undertaken at nearly every stage of our lifespan. A lot of the time when people... think of strength or resistance training they associate it with either images of big bulky, Arnold Schwarzenegger look-a-likes or elite athletes. However, this is not always the case. With inactivity comes muscle deterioration and weakening. This same process also occurs as we get older, a process referred to as sarcopenia which is age related decline of muscle tissue. Once we reach approximately thirty years of age muscle tissue and bone mineral density begin to deteriorate, which can lead to increased risk of injury, joint pain and falls.

Also our Saturday mobility class is always booking out, so I would like a poll as to what time & day if were to add a mid week class, preferences in the AM or PM?? Thanks Quentin

Nathan brings with him a Bachelor of Human Movements (exercise & sports science) which he has utilsed his skills in becoming a Trainer & Assessor facilitator of Cirt 3 & 4 Personal Training & Sport & Rec programs at various high schools and also at UQ St Lucia. Given his skill sets - we know Nathans skills will certainly compliment all our services at Kenmore PB.

On the one hand it is sad to be leaving our studio in Kenmore but on the other hand we are all really excited about our move to our new studio at Pinjarra Hills. It will be a beautiful environment in which to train and you will still have all the options currently offered.... Our new business name will be Personal Training Pinjarra Hills and we will train from 12 Vyner Street, Pinjarra Hills. Parking is freely available at the studio.
