This week, Emily smashed her personal best score on her times tables and also showed a huge improvement in her ability to recall single-digit addition facts. She always puts in her best effort and is an absolute pleasure to work with, keep up the great work Emily!

23.01.2022 The student receiving a Personal Best Achievement Award for the week ending 5th May 2017 is Lachlan. Lachlan has been consistently improving his reading and spelling. He has also worked hard to improve his mathematical skills by improving his understanding of fractions and beating his Personal Best score on his times tables. Lachlan has now completed his 'times table ice cream' and has earned himself a real ice cream! Congratulations Lachlan, keep up the great effort!

21.01.2022 The student receiving a Personal Best Achievement Award for the week ending 12th November 2017, is Olivia. Olivia most certainly had her 'maths brain', as she called it, switched on this week. Not only did she beat her personal best record in her times tables, but she also demonstrated a willingness and excitement towards learning new mathematical skills and strategies. After only a few short lessons in algebra, she was able to solve algebraic equations 2 years above her grade level! Congratulations Olivia and keep up the fantastic effort!!

21.01.2022 The student receiving a Personal Best Achievement Award for the week ending 10th March 2017 is Olivia. Olivia greets me with a smile 2 mornings a week at 6.45am, when I am sure many children are still asleep, let alone thinking about school! This week, she smashed her Personal Best score on her times tables and she showed a big improvement in her understanding of adjectives. Her achievements are most likely due to her improved level of concentration during her lessons this week. Keep up the great effort Olivia!

Emily has shown great determination and perseverance to become a Master of her times table, able to solve 144 random equations in less than 5 minutes. Abbey maintained a positive attitude throughout her lesson this week and demonstrated resilience, even when faced with challenges one year above her school level. Cameron showed an improvement in his comprehension this week, taking more care to ensure he determines the most appropriate answers. E.J. had a brilliant lesson this week, smashing his personal best records in addition, subtraction and multiplication. He also scored 100% on his reading comprehension and an incredible 75% on his spelling pre-test! This week she completed all of her times tables in less than five minutes and set new Personal Best records in her addition and subtraction of single-digit numbers. She has also been improving her understanding of measurement and fractions. Congratulations Mia!

Maddie demonstrated great resilience during her lesson by continuing with her work, even when it was getting a little harder. He demonstrated excellent comprehension strategies to ensure that he answered every question correctly.
