Any exercises that multi-task are awesome for you meaning, anything thats working more than one muscle group at a time.... You can work our core-abs in almost any weight-lifting exercise if you focus on engaging those abdominal-core muscles. 19.01.2022 Today's exercise is the THORACIC SQUEEZES - continue reading 3 sets of 20 reps If it's too much, please just do as many as you can, or when adding them all together, aim for 2 sets of each exercise instead of 3... A srong upper back improves posture. When linking all the exercises together, give your arms relief by just doing 1 x all the 6 exercises, have a 15 to 20 second break, and repeat the 6 exercises, rest again, and repeat the 6 exercises if you can :) It's important your technique is correct while doing this "add on" daily challenge. Once completed, write below -"I feel my strength" Have fun.... and don't forget to stretch those arms after your workout.

07.01.2022 Are you experiencing elbow / arm pain after weight training? It might be because your tendons have stretched and are no longer protecting your joint, and if you are locking your arms to a full extension with a heavy weight when training, then extending your arms to 90% of a full range, lowering the amount of weight you lift, or performing less reps and sets will help rectify the problem. Using your own body weight will be the same - example: push-ups or dips. Push yourself up to 90% of a full range - without completely locking the arm. You want to avoid hyperflexion.

Today's exercise is the SHOULDER PRESS 3 sets of 20 reps If it's too much, please just do as many as you can.... Doing the three days together may be too much for you. TIP: Do as many of the three exercises as you can and record your number because, I want you to do these exercises every day... always,,,, even after the 15 day challenge. Watch your recorded number increase as you get stronger. You want sexy arms right? Then don't stop a newly created habit. So if 3 sets is too much, do one set of the exercises now, One set of the exercises in a few hours, and another set of the 3 exercises a few hours after that again. Remember... 20 is a goal to reach for, not a must do now number. This is your workout - not mine:) Once completed, write below - Feeling Strong.... and anything else you may want to let me know :)
