23.01.2022 just a reminder , in this type of weather (41 degrees yesterday ) , if possible exercise in the morning when its cooler , or in the evening. i had finished my run by 1030am , and even then it was already 33 degrees ! keep hydrated , in the shade , and slip slop slap x



18.01.2022 exercise doesn't always have to be tough , sweaty and challenging i recently invested in a skooter so my toddler and i can enjoy skooting along the esplanade , at the park , to the shops its fun ! and it incorporates being outside , in the fresh air and get us moving ! #winwin #itallcounts
