Country Health Connection provides free, culturally appropriate patient journey coordination, including transport, liaison and health service navigation. The service employs Aboriginal Health Workers and Aboriginal Health Drivers. This position is a casual position and you must meet the selection criteria below: 1. Reliable worker 2.
