25.01.2022 Running Beau through conventional and sumo deadlifts thismorning. We started out conventional stance but with Beau being new to deadlifts and having some common mobility restrictions first up we switched to sumo stance. The sumo position with the legs spread further apart will allow a taller individual with some hip mobility restrictions to get closer to the bar and maintain correct spinal position throughout the lift.... This is 60kg and he is only just learning. Alot of power coming his way



13.01.2022 Those of you who know me well know the issues I have suffered with throughout my younger years....Crippling anxiety, depression, panic attacks, bullying, substance abuse...etc While my past hasn't been the most pleasant at times it has allowed me to connect and assist others on a whole other level that have had similar life experiences and given me a unbreakable mindset for achiving goals Getting into training myself and others has turned my life around and I get joy out of... seeing my clients improve there life in and outside of the gym. I pride myself on being a trainer capable of far more than just telling you what exercise to do and what to eat. On the topic of food tho....my diet has been absolutely HORENDOUS!!! Time to get back on track with food and training like a maniac! LETS DO THIS! See more

09.01.2022 Perfect example of what happens when you commit yourself to changing your mindset towards training! Maddi is a busy mum with 3 kids works a full time job of 30 hours per week but makes sure she commits her self to a few sessions per week and has tweaked her diet as I have suggested. 8 kilos down in 4 months I could not be happier with the effort she has put in and her results



09.01.2022 Exersise and fitness isn't always about the max you can lift....how fast, how strong you are...or your physique...its also about mental health and wellbeing. When you exersise you give your brain the required serotonin and dopamine levels to maintain healthy positive thought patterns throughout your everyday life. So even if your not where you want to be yet physically.....do it for your mind set...you owe it to yourself to be happy
