10.01.2022 Good news,the Gym will be re-opening on Monday 8th June. So get yourselves ready for the fun to begin again. Butt remember, if you are not feeling well or have a cough\ sniffles please do not come because you will have to be turned away and not aloud to enter the gym. 07.01.2022 Hello People. Well hopefully, all being well, the gym should re-open again on Monday 15th June !!!!!!! It's been a while butt we will soon get back into it......Enjoy....It's ALL good.... Pete (I hope this post goes out because stuff I have put on before hasn't!!!!)

05.01.2022 Well folks as you probably already know ALL GYMS have to shut our doors at noon today (23/03/2020). These are unkown times now and we all have to do as told for the sake of the community. All gym memberships will be suspended till we re-open again so no need to worry there. I will try and keep you informed as to what is happening as I findout. Thanks for all your support up to now and hopefully in the future. Keep moving is the key to stay fit and stay safe ..... Pete
