The biggest thing I have learnt this last week is that life is all about and is made up of all those little things - the hellos, good byes, banter, small acts of kindness, the people who you see each and everyday that make your life what it is and with those people you are able to create passion, self empowerment and with all that you have purpose. But with the loss of these things ...you finally learn how much all these people and little things mean to you and how much you mean to them and in a way that is really beautiful. 20.01.2022 COVID pregnancy come back! We are all so proud of you @ally our sister, friend, training partner and favourite little baby maker . This year has definitely been a challenging year and pregnancy for you from Crazy bad morning sickness from day one despite are you efforts prior to this pregnancy.... Having a very traumatic birth right on the day covid restrictions hit. Unable to see any friends or family for nearly 7 weeks. Now with all the things on your plate a new born, 4 year old son and a partner that works long stints away Fifo, But still when the gym reopened you were bloody ready to GET THAT again and you have pushed yourself despite the many set backs, plateaus and frustration of just trying to get your body back looking, feeling and functioning the way it should, now you are receiving all the rewards of all that hard work! we can all see you are looking and feeling amazing and we are all so happy for you! This is a reminder that not all circumstances are all about calories in, calories out but all round HEALTH is everything! after this pregnancy and very stressful period we had to focus on everything * Destress * Sleep * Digestion * Mineral and nutrient deficiency * Mobility * Food * Training Only after addressing all these areas was any of this possible.

17.01.2022 A GOOD MORNING ROUTINE! A great morning routine for everyday life to help create with structure, energy, focus, positivity & productivity from the beginning of each day is critical. If you are finding yourself with not much to do because of these current situations and creating bad habits like staying up later, sleeping in longer, moving less and motivation diminishing each day? You NEED THIS! I have always had and believed in a positivities of a good morning routine and afte...r listening to the audio book @themiraclemorning it really helped me understand why and also how to make my mornings the most important part of my day to make me able to perform at my best. PLEASE GIVE IT A LISTEN or READ! Some basics the book covers! S.A.V.E.R.S Not that you have to do everything but at least 3 each morning (I cover at least cover S.E.R each morning). SILENTS eg (time with you and your thoughts, NO TECH!) AFFIRMATIONS eg (positive talk, thing you would like to work on this day) VISUALISATIONeg (visual the future and positive things you are working towards) EXERCISE eg (walk, run, yoga, stretch, weight train, just move!) 06.01.2022 A lot of people already know this but in October our little monkey Christian was admitted to the ER after having a severe developmental regression and in 24 hours he lost the ability to walk, talk and swallow. No one knows (including ALL Australian neurologist and co) what is wrong but we are not giving up! However our time is of the essence. 04.01.2022 Student Success Story Sam studied as a part-time student at our Bibra Lake campus this year and adapting to online during Covid she graduated in September.... Left - 80kg - Morning of Worlds October 2018 (14 weeks of prep) Right - 86kg - This week 17/8/20... - I play the long game. I dont believe in BS quick fixes. I believe in Health, Longevity & Sustainability. Without this your progress is only short term. Im doing 0 cardio, Im on my feet Allday so my NEAT is I eat clean, wholesome, nutritious foods all year round & usually lower calorie dense with more volume (fuller for longer) I have my cheats I have 2 Burger nights a week (I just love ) I experiment a lot with food & make shit taste good! I dont eat a boring diet & genuinely fking enjoy what I eat #sustainable along with @fitkitchenaustralia supplying me with the goods when were short on time to prep!
