24.01.2022 The last 4 or 5 month have been difficult to adjust to, and the need to social distance may become the normal way we do things in the future. 21.01.2022 Are you experiencing elbow / arm pain after weight training? It might be because your tendons have stretched and are no longer protecting your joint, and if you are locking your arms to a full extension with a heavy weight when training, then extending your arms to 90% of a full range, lowering the amount of weight you lift, or performing less reps and sets will help rectify the problem. Using your own body weight will be the same - example: push-ups or dips. Push yourself up to 90% of a full range - without completely locking the arm. You want to avoid hyperflexion.
