25.01.2022 As I'm sure most of you already have heard we will forced to close Wednesday 11.59pm. We have been so lucky this far to be able to trade up till now and I'm so very grateful to have all my beautiful clients by my side. 21.01.2022 This is the start of Bridgette's hair journey. Start colour was nearly BLACK! It took a shit tone of bleach and 5 soild hours. We still need a another few goes to get to our perfect goal but this is great for our first appt. Bridgette's hair colour was all natural not artificial which makes the worldddddddd of different. Trying to lift old tint is a nightmare and will take sooo much longer.... Bridgette understands the stages, time, effort and money that goes in to being this colour but I reckon it's a definite must for everyone to put on there bucket list. At least do it once! 20.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE- To all our clients who have appointments booked from 28th March - 3rd April. Personalised Hair & Co we have made the decision to close for this current time frame. We understand this is an extremely stressful time for all, including us. ... We have put in some absolutely crazy hours to do our best to comply with all the for ever-changing rules & regulations. This has taken its toll physically and mentally. For this reason we will be taking a week break to look after our own well-being and mental health. I spent most of yesterday changing everyone's appointment due to the 30 minute restrictions. Which have now been lifted and do NOT apply. This has been incredibly hard for us to keep up with and call every single person with but we are doing our best. We have some NEW HOUSE RULES to look after our own safety and the safety of our clients. All colour and cut services will take place as usual but there will be no blow drying allowed. This means you MUST leave with wet hair. We have made this decision after being advised using the hairdryer could possibly be blowing particals straight into our face and for the reason we have decided to stop indefinitely. We will only being seeing 2 clients at one given time. Due to sizing regulations and to keep up with the extreme cleaning measures we need to take to unsure everyone's safety. Under NO circumstances are you able to bring any extras guest to your appointment. If you are sick/unwell or have been overseas or interstate in the last 14 days you need to reschedule. If you fail to do so we will refuse your service. I'm so sorry about this strict rules but this is something out of our hands and we are taking Covid-19 very seriously. If you have an appointment in this time please call or text to rebook REOPENING from 7th April. Appointments will be made on a first in first serve basis. Lots of love Madiy xxx

Many of you have known him right from the beginning and some of you have only heard through our stories. David passed away suddenly on the 12th July 2019. You where an all round amazing person David and always made an impression on everyone you meet. There was never a day where you couldn't light up a room with your positive energy. You where always there for good t...ime and a chat when needed. This last month especially you where so supportive and so helpful in our new journey to the new salon. 15.01.2022 And back we go at 11.59pm tonight. It's hard not to feel doom and gloom but we have to think of the positives when things like this confront us in life. You never know how strong you can be, untill you have to be. Use this time to spend time with your family (if you live with them or FaceTime), read a book, go for a walk, build a cubby house under the kitchen table, rearrange the tupperware cupboard do anything that keeps your mind off negative. We hear the phase thrown aroun...d we are all in this together but unfortunately we are not, my heart goes out to all the small business owners who have had to shut again just after getting back into the swing of opening. And yes before you go and say it they get a "government subsidy" but nothing can subsidize their mental health right now. My heart goes out to our front line workers who have to stay away from their families to keep yours safe. To the poor retail workers who had to put up with everyones panic buying today. For those who can't work from home or social distance while working So before you go to bed tonight focus on the brightside and let's get this done Like Australia's current recovery rate as of TODAY is 99.6% of cases Numbers don't lie only the media does. 04.01.2022 Throw back to the start of our new salon, behind the scenes! Can you believe it's already been 2 MONTHS! We had so much help from family and friends and could not have done it with out you all.... In ONLY 2 weeks we managed to pull off the following - Packed up a whole 16 years worth of a salon, sold a shit tone of stuff on gumtree, organised a surprise party, moved salons, set everything up at the new salon, bought a shit tone of new products and tools and we even managed to see clients inbetween! 03.01.2022 Hello to all my beautiful clients! As I'm sure most have you would have tuned in to today's roadmap update. Unfortunately we have been extended to close longer than initially intended The current updates have stated we can potentially reopen as of the 26th of October.... In the interim I have used this time to update our skills with many online courses and training to be coming back better than ever! We are going to be so well rested I'll be ready for the massive days ahead when we do return! I miss you all so much and can't wait to make your isolation hair beautiful again. With booked appointments I'm still unsure of how I'll rebook, I may wait until a next update closer to save trouble of booked and then having to rebook. But I'll deal with that in the next few days and reach out to everyone personally. If anyone needs advice on home hair colour, which I'd NEVER EVER recommend but desperate times call for desperate measures!
