16.01.2022 .My Journey as a Personal Trainer / Strength and Condition Coach. . 6 years Today I’ve started my fitness journey. I’ve officially became a sole trader. . My goals was back then was to quit smoking - cold turkey. (Haven’t touch a cigarette since I’ve signed up to do my personal training course).My thoughts at the time , if I’m going to investing my time into the fitness industry. I have to look the role.... . Oh how time has change- from prioritising looking the role to understanding the role as personal trainer. Educating clientele about functional movements, strength training, mobility + flexibility and encouraging healthier food choices . . I’ve met along of awesome people who framed my mindset to what it is now . 02.01.2022 #repost @aserilaweloa I’m not usually that person who post stuff up about their appearance, but because Im turning 32 years of age.. I know I still look young people!! well that’s what I think! Lol in two weeks I thought I just might and try to give or encourage women/daughters/mums/grandmothers out there that the journey is long but rewarding. I started this Journey last year at the start of pre season rugby for @gungahlineagleswomens team and to me it started to just... be a social thing and haven’t looked back, I haven’t always been a larger person, cause I’ve always played sport, but coming from a background of hospitality and doing shift work was hard, trying to make those tough and heathy decisions. It helps if you surround your self with like minded people... this wouldn’t be a achieved without dedication and your reason WHY!? I would also like to thank @personally_driven_fitness Pate, for our pt sessions that revolve around strength and conditioning and rugby skills, if anyone is looking for a pt trainer I highly recommend him! and my gym/training buddies @nakiyasmith @jakz27 with out you girls turning up day in day out, I wouldn’t have pushed myself as much.
