24.01.2022 NEW TRAINING TIP If your wanting to work on getting more lean and cut. I would recommend doing heaps of bar work. Doing body weight exercises such as some of these exercises can really allow your body to change dramatically. There are so many variations of exercises you can do with just a bar.
