11.01.2022 Great news for all home owners today as the Reserve Bank has cut interest rates to 1.25%. Also looks possible for further cuts to come so we will watch with 'interest' over the coming months. Disappointing to see ANZ and Westpac not pass on the full rate for owner occupied loans but hopefully most lenders follow the lead of NAB and CBA, and pass on the full amount to consumers.

11.01.2022 Interest Rates have been cut again today in an attempt to boost the economy. This is good news if you have a variable Interest home loan although it seems that some lenders won't be passing on the full amount again which is disappointing!

09.01.2022 Interest Rates are on hold for the time being but will there be further cuts to come by the end of the year and into early next year? Time will tell!

09.01.2022 The Reserve Bank has Cut the rate again to 0.75%. Two of the Big Four Banks have decided they won't pass on the full amount to owner occupied home loans. What will the rest do? Either way, with Interest Rates at the lowest they have been in history. There has never been a better time to look at your mortgage and ensure you are getting the best deal possible.
