22.01.2022 Our progression videos are back !! Bi-lateral Hip Hinge Progression #3 Hip Thrust.... A great exercise for teaching an athlete how to hinge correctly. Set-up - Feet hip width apart - - Back on the bench ( just below the shoulder blades) - Keep chin tucked in. Execution - Push through the ground with heels (spread the floor) - Squeeze you glutes at the top of the movement and hold for 1-5 seconds.
