20.01.2022 Is your washing machine older than 5 years?? If the answer is yes then we recommend you replace your water inlet hoses. Water inlet hoses are put under a lot of pressure and degrade over time so its best to replace them every 5 years. If the water inlet hose bursts when you are on the other side of the house or gone out for 5-10min your house could be flooded in minutes. Water inlet hoses are hand tightened and can be replaced in 5 min. We do get jobs where this happens and wanted to warn others of this danger. Plz share with friends and family.

09.01.2022 Have you put your washing machine through a monthly cleaning cycle??? If not, do so right now. Monthly hot cleaning cycles clean out built up of detergent which causes corrosion on internal parts. Repairs like these are very costly but can be prevented by putting your machine on a hottest long cycle.

08.01.2022 I have noticed many customers have been using Earth choice washing machine detergents. This detergent causes mould and sludge built up in washing machines which can damage the machine. Do not use earth choice.
