Buyers of off-the-plan apartments or units will only have to pay 25 per cent of the stamp duty value, with a rebate of up to $50,000. Alex Sebregts believe retirees should be stamp duty exempt and encouraged that both sides of politics are emb...racing this idea. Alongside the industry bodies, we are calling on the WA Government to: Increase Keystart purchase price cap to $550,000.
