24.01.2022 Do you know whos hiding under your spa today we repaired a spa that was deemed to be written off by others. a family of rats had moved in causing a lot of damage, we were able to remove and replace all the chewed hoses and repair the leaks it's not often we see this much damage. prevention from regular services and checks is advisable especially once the weather starts to cool down and rodents are looking for a warm hiding spot for winter .

21.01.2022 Today we were trusted to upgrade the spa control system on this 110 ft superyacht even though it was all manufactured over seas I had compatible parts to upgrade and give them peace of mind that the spa will be trouble free for its next Kimberly trip

19.01.2022 Another big week sorting close to 57 spas this week from underground leaks to electronic control system upgrades replacement gas heaters and installes of the latest energy efficient heat pumps we also serviced and repaired a hydronic gas central heating system there is no job too big or small for perth spa service to tackle with spring in the air now is the time to get your spa serviced and repaired for the upcoming season we would also like to thank all of our wonderful customers who have used and recommend perth spa service over the years.

15.01.2022 Today we had an unlucky new home owner that took possession of his new home one week ago he had his pool and spa inspected prior to purchase by a local pool company recommend by his real estate agent and was all given the tick of approval. After moving in he engaged me to come and demonstrate the spa what we found was the whole spa is eaten out by whiteants and rats the motor shafts were all leaking and corroded now this spa had a new value of 24k and it is a write off the termites have even chewed holes thru the pvc plumbing. If the spa had been inspected properly prior to settlement this could of been picked up always engage fully qualified persons to inspect your spa don't leave it to chance

14.01.2022 This heater was purchased last week off market place for $700 the customer had the heater delivered to them by the seller and asked us to install it first appearance it looked fine but once we opened it up we found it was beyond repair and yes the seller has disappeared. Now we know many spa parts are expensive but if in doubt we are happy to advise you on anything you may be buying 2nd hand you can flick me the add or we can inspect it prior to purchase don't waste your hard earned dollars like this poor customer today. I ended up supplying the customer a traded in unit at cost so he wouldn't get in any more trouble from his wife

13.01.2022 It was a nice day to be repairing this spa on a luxury boat at Hillary's all checked and serviced ready for summer nights at rotto

13.01.2022 Another busy week getting thru a mixed a bunch this week including sorting out a couple of freshwater crocs that were feeling the cold due to their heating system failure. The rest of week was taken up with some electronic upgrades and new gas system installs along with a cedar wood barrel install

09.01.2022 The temptation to buy cheap imported heaters from China are often found to have no electrical safety approvals on them this one today was found to have no functioning thermostat it appears to have one but on closer inspection it was a dummy thermostat with No connection on the reverse side there were no other safety switches like high limits to protect against over tempreture its just not worth the risk this could of dry fired the spa and burnt it down all the parts supplied by Perth spa service have been tried and tested for use in Australia that meet current Australian standards it's just not worth the risk

09.01.2022 Another busy week cleaning up some spas left over from winter including some extensive leak repairs and new spa covers and cover lifters installed to protect the new covers lots of old leaking pumps replaced ready for summer .

04.01.2022 The last few weeks has been busy upgrading old tired spas replacing gas and electric heaters solving some electronic faults and stray voltage from a back feed into the water always get that 2nd hand spa checked prior to use for safety sakes , spas are very safe but we are always coming across spas that have been poorly repaired or retrofitted with unapproved parts or parts intended for a different use .
