A programmi...ng and lesser-known-variations-of-popular-lifts junkie, this challenge immediately lit up my brain. In order to make this AT ALL feasible, I limited myself to the straight bar (if I added in trap bars, kettlebells, sandbags, fat bars, and other implements, this would have taken me all weekend). I also omitted variants that merely change the range-of-motion of other variants; in other words, no deficit deadlifts or rack pulls... add THOSE in, and this list multiplies QUICKLY. So, here are 24 deadlift variations with a straight bar. Did I forget any? What's your favorite?
