09.01.2022 Hi Badminton Players in WA! We understand there are a lot of enquiries if our badminton centre is open to public for court hire due to the recent uplift of restrictions from 2-person limit to 10-person limit. Therefore, we have sought confirmation from the Council and WA State Government. They have confirmed that the current restrictions in place still prohibit the opening of court hire service as indoor badminton games would be classified as an indoor sporting activity until... further notice by Government. But good news is that we can operate our retail shop! But under some strict social distancing rules: 1. No more than 10 persons into our premises at one time 2. 05.01.2022 It's Official Badminton Players in Perth! Finally, PBA is re-opening for court hire bookings from 18th May 2020 onward! (ONLY PHONE BOOKING DURING OPERATION HOURS, SUBJECT TO COURT AVAILABILITY)... In conjunction with the latest staged lifting of COVID-19 restrictions announced by WA government, PBA has completed the COVID Safety Plan required to ensure the safe operation of our premises with only maximum 20 patrons allowed at one time. Therefore, there will be temporary changes on how we operate our centre. Please refer to attached images summarising all the frequently asked questions and rules that you need to adhere upon using our court hire and retail shop services. PBA hopes that all registered patrons will adhere to the new rules & regulations with patience. We are all in this together to mitigate the risk of COVID-19.
